About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Residential Cleaner to join our team at Belong Home, Inc. As a Residential Cleaner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our properties are in excellent condition, both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all cleans for homes prior to home listings and resident move-ins
  • Self-schedule based on move-in dates
  • Vet and train additional cleaners across the Bay Area and Los Angeles
  • Assist in strategy development for Belong home look and feel during showings and resident move-ins
  • Deliver and pick up necessary keys, items, and inventory from our office or stores to various Belong homes
  • Highly detail-oriented, with ability to take diligent notes and photos to document work
  • Ability to multitask, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Perform recurring home cleanings

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience performing single-family residential deep cleans
  • Housekeeper/Cleaner for portfolio of homeowners/cleaning service
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate between Field Operations, Member Services, and Sales Operations teams
  • Ability to multitask, including prioritizing work orders
  • Robust computer skills, with ability to learn and use systems for tracking, scheduling, and communications
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating schedule
