Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Janitor to join our team at Cavenaugh Auto Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
  • Execute industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Carry out custodial responsibilities including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
  • Engage in floor care activities including stripping, waxing, and polishing as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
  • Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while completing assigned tasks.
