We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Adecco US, Inc. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipping of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Package and ship orders on time while adhering to quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse area to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
  • Inspect products for defects or damages and report any issues promptly.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and objectives.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records, including inventory logs, shipping documents, and order reports.
  • Assist in regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and processing orders.
  • Forklift certification (a plus but not required).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime as needed.
