- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
- 1+ year of experience in critical care nursing.
- Competitive hourly rate: $40.85-$55.00 per hour.
- Plush shift differentials.
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and short and long-term disability.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Days (EID).
