Job Overview

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work directly with clients, implementing behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles. You will partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and plan of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
  • Support clients during challenging behaviors through behavior support plans
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers
  • Complete session notes and timesheets according to company protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Possess a Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field, such as behavioral health, early childhood education, psychology, or special education
  • Be able to acquire RBT certification within 45 days of hire date
