Your responsibilities will include administering nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will actively participate in the implementation and assessment of patient care plans, ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of patients while working under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-centered care in the assigned nursing unit.
- Focus on assessing patients and developing tailored care plans that address their physical, psychological, educational, and sociocultural needs.
- Perform duties such as medication administration, personal hygiene assistance, activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs collection, and supporting team members with procedures and unit maintenance.
