Overview
Parkview Health's LaGrange Emergency Department is a dynamic and patient-centered unit that treats individuals of all ages with diverse medical, surgical, and mental health needs. The department features 9 beds and operates on the main floor of Parkview LaGrange.

Compensation Package
The qualified Registered Nurse will receive a competitive rate of pay, as well as additional benefits such as Additional Flex Premium and BSN Premium. A Sign-On Bonus and Student Loan Repayment up to $30,000 are also available. Furthermore, our Tuition Assistance program supports the growth and development of our nurses. Additionally, ask about our Hotel Program for accommodation options.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your expertise will be essential in addressing the varying levels of acuity, from basic medical needs to life-threatening emergencies.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must have a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN degree. A valid Indiana Registered Nurse license and CPR certification are also required. Depending on the department, additional certifications may be necessary. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting with heavier loads (up to 100 pounds). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with colleagues and patients.
