We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team at North Pacific Management. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and replenishing guest supplies and towels.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are fully stocked and meet our property standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that guest rooms are ready for occupancy and that all guest needs are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
