Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed
  • Teach patients and families about self-care skills and promote independence
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Active NM Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License
  • Associates Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Current BLS required, preferred ACLS and PALS Certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of OR or Operating Room Unit experience preferred
