Key Responsibilities- Provide Individual and Group Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to help patients develop coping skills, manage symptoms, and achieve their treatment goals.
- Assess and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
- Collaborate with Treatment Team: Work closely with the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document Patient Progress: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Participate in Clinical Outreach: Participate in clinical outreach and program tours to promote our services and engage with the community.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in a Relevant Field: A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling, is required.
- Current State License: A current state license to practice as a therapist is required.
- Certifications and Training: Certification in EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based therapies is preferred. Completion of CPI certification and CPR, AED, and First Aid training within 90 days of hire is required.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
