Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Supervisor for Railway Superstructure/Structural Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects and measures for the superstructure/structural engineering in maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Realize construction projects and measures for the superstructure/structural engineering in maintenance together with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor costs, deadlines, and quality, as well as compliance with safety regulations, to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the railway.
  • Conduct safety supervision and ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with established safety protocols.
  • Provide on-site instruction and guidance to contractors and construction participants.
  • Create and update documentation and construction diaries during project realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction supervision and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of railway infrastructure development and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
