Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to provide exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Mix and garnish drinks to exacting standards, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Verify customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
