Physiotherapist Position

A Physical Therapist will be responsible for managing patient care, ensuring quality outcomes, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide efficient and cost-effective treatment.

The Physical Therapist will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation or a designated facility representative.

The Physical Therapist will supervise clinically all assistants and aides providing services under their direction, adhering to state and federal guidelines.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in the assigned state(s) of employment.
• Preferred experience in long-term care facilities, managing rehabilitation personnel, and knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines.
