Job Summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a skilled Iron Skillet Cook to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including iron skillet dishes, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
