Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Merchandising Specialist to service the American Greetings Department in retail locations. As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in maintaining product displays and building relationships with retail store associates and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and maintain all product displays within the greeting card department and other areas of the store as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing effective time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Partner with retail store associates and management to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Use a company-provided tablet to perform basic job functions, such as reviewing weekly service and tasks, inventory functions, and time entry.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay is $13.50 per hour, with two increases during the first year of employment. After 6 months, the pay rate will increase to $14.30, and after 1 year, it will increase to $15.00. We also offer flexible work scheduling and paid training.

Work Environment

This route will service the following retail locations: Dollar General, 14434 Lee Rd, Humble, TX, 77396. The weekly average hours are 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 12 hours per week around holidays.
