**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Workday Platform Strategist to join our dynamic team at Verizon. This role involves owning and leading the development and execution of the Workday platform strategy within our People Analytics team.

The successful candidate will have six or more years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with a strong focus on Workday development. Proven experience in managing and leading small teams is also required.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders across HR and Verizon to understand their reporting and analytics needs, translating them into actionable Workday solutions.

The estimated salary for this role is $125,000 - $185,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive short and long-term vision and strategy for the Workday platform.
  • Managing a team of Workday developers.
  • Designing and delivering high-quality Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
