We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to members, ensuring high-quality products and excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards and guidelines
• Restock and rotate merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
