As a physician with our organization, you will enjoy a two-year guaranteed base salary, plus a bonus based on wRVU production, well above the national average. Additionally, you will be eligible for a generous signing and retention bonus paid over four years. Our organization is a nonprofit health system with PSLF loan forgiveness available.
