The Automation Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Systems Analyst (BSA) dedicated to AI initiatives (utilizing tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Glean, Anthropic Claude, among others). The objective is to leverage structured data to eliminate confusion and complexity, identifying frequent manual tasks (Knowledge Bases, Chat Bots, Document Reading, Data Analytics, etc.) to enhance AI capabilities and optimize strategic workloads. This role demands an individual who can drive AI projects from inception to execution through thorough scenario analysis.

Trailblazer - The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading projects with uncertain paths in the AI field. Navigating extensive documentation, numerous resources, and compliance standards is essential for success in these AI initiatives. The candidate must have successfully delivered at least three major projects that overcame significant challenges to provide beneficial AI solutions. Documenting a clear process for others to replicate will be a key aspect of this role.

Partnership - Engaging with multiple teams to comprehend the AI journey will be a daily responsibility. The candidate will serve as a role model, inspiring AI subject matter experts to efficiently transition projects to production. Staying informed about numerous AI projects and maintaining connections with team members responsible for defining processes will be crucial. The candidate will regularly monitor and advance over 50 projects across various organizations, maintaining structured documentation with action items and deadlines as part of their routine.

Process Definition - In AI projects, determining when team approvals are necessary can be unclear, and failing to address this early can lead to missed deadlines. The candidate will need to develop a process that incorporates various approval checkpoints and remain flexible enough to adapt the process midstream for multiple projects to meet new requirements. Approval sources will include Application Owners, Product Owners, Engineering Management, Enterprise Security Leadership, Legal Partners, Internal Auditors, PCI Compliance Experts, and Cyber Security Professionals. Recent experience interacting with leaders in these roles and establishing a repeatable process will be essential.

Solution Path Definer

This position will collaborate with Engineering Teams to identify valuable information for AI projects. A mindset geared towards process re-engineering is desired, as most AI projects will begin as unstructured, necessitating the identification of gaps and the formulation of defined solution plans and timelines. While this is not an engineering role, familiarity with common organizational challenges in AI is crucial. The candidate will drive AI best practices, enhance program awareness, prevent redundancy, and foster a sense of community aligned with high-level process documentation to support all AI projects and teams.
