About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Breast Imaging Technologist II to join our team at AdventHealth. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate medical images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality imaging procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Prepare patients for exams, providing clear instructions and addressing their physical and emotional needs.
  • Observe patients and equipment during procedures, reporting any unusual occurrences and documenting patient conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, imaging personnel, students, and hospital staff to facilitate seamless care.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist certification.
  • ARRT (M) and/or ARRT certification.
  • BS or ARDMS (BR) certification.
  • Breast Imaging Navigator (NCBC) certification.
  • Bone Density Certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
