The Cashier is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with customer service inquiries.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them in a professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our KCX cash register system.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner.
- Price store merchandise as requested by store management and stock shelves as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating weekend and holiday shifts. You must also be able to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team environment.
