Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Inova Lorton Healthplex ED. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team. You will conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner, utilizing standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
Requirements:- Minimum of twelve months of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
- Strongly prefer 2 years plus of ED RN experience
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
- CEN/ACLS certification desired
- Proficient in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others
- Proficient computer skills required
