Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nursing Supervisor to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position and oversee the day-to-day operations of our pediatric clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement department policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to staff on policy and procedure, health, safety, and regulatory compliance topics.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
  • At least two years of relevant nursing experience in an ambulatory setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical area and leadership ability.
