As an RV Parts Specialist, you will be integral to enhancing the customer experience. Your role will involve fostering enduring relationships, serving as a reliable problem-solver, and becoming knowledgeable in the RV sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers with positivity and prompt assistance.
  • Utilize your product expertise to guide and influence customer purchasing decisions.
  • Process payments for service orders, parts/accessories transactions, and deposits from RV sales clients.
  • Support inventory management and organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; familiarity with retail settings is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of RVs is beneficial.
  • A quick learner with a friendly, outgoing, and goal-driven demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Fundamental computer skills are necessary.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.

COMPENSATION:

$Hourly + Commission
