Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to achieve operational excellence and improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and knowledge of store inventory control
  • PTCB certification is a plus
