About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Truck Driver to join our team at RiverBend Materials, a CRH company. As a Ready-Mix Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver high-quality concrete to various construction sites in the Salem area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operational order.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer receipts and delivery tickets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B Unrestricted CDL and current DOT medical card.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission.
  • Safety-minded professional with good performance, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and all other company or state rules and regulations.
