Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Members through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist Members with their insurance and travel needs, including policy inquiries, claims, and travel bookings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Members to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on AAA products and services to provide accurate and informed recommendations to Members.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
