Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns by entering client and W-2 information into our tax program.
  • Ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service by assembling tax returns, obtaining required signatures, and reviewing finished products with clients.
  • Perform bookkeeping procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong reading and math skills to begin and finish tax return interviews.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients in person and over the phone.
  • Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
