Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Records Management Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing records to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as developing and implementing effective records management practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Records Management Analyst will:

  • Review and analyze records to identify areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for records management;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in records management;
  • Provide training and support to staff on records management best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, or a related field;
  • three years of progressively responsible records management level experience in the custody and maintenance of official documents, records, and files, including two years in a supervisory capacity;
  • substitution: seven years of professional-level work experience in business administration, progressively responsible records management level experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
