Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of survey drawings and geospatial data for various projects.
• Creation of survey plats and legal descriptions for land development and construction projects.
• Research and analysis of property information and geospatial data to support project development.
• Perform survey calculations, including right-of-way, centerline, and boundary calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare projects for field work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other geospatial software applications.
• Ability to multitask and support other staff members in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in geospatial surveying and a strong understanding of Ohio PS license requirements.
