We value team members who are mechanically inclined and possess a production-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates should be eager to learn a trade and develop their skills within our organization. Physical capability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 40 lbs and the ability to work safely around machinery are essential.

We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities in the Flexo Print Department

  • Review job orders and effectively communicate material needs.
  • Engage professionally with Operators, Leads, and Supervisors.
  • Assist in material changes as required.
  • Support Operators with cleaning processes and other related tasks.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure the quality of printing at designated intervals.
  • Assist in all startup and cleanup procedures on the machinery.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and train on specific Flexo Machinery, including running equipment at optimal speeds and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
  • Perform all necessary 'Make Ready' functions during process control.
  • Help Operators with the pre-mounting of plates.
  • Pack products according to specifications and prepare boxes for finished goods.
  • Secure approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervisory staff.
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks, including waste disposal and material preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area and around machinery.
  • Execute all duties safely and efficiently.
