Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the U.S. supply chain strategy and portfolio.
- Oversee vendor contracts, analyze spending patterns, and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
- Negotiate with key suppliers to secure savings and enhance value, focusing on indirect spending.
- Ensure product availability and manage pricing negotiations for third-party products.
- Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies, establish ordering procedures, and streamline system processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while collaborating with our global headquarters to drive sustainable growth and value.
- Leverage purchasing power through supplier consolidation while nurturing strong relationships with key vendors.
- Enhance sourcing processes to maximize operational efficiency.
This role may require up to 25% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing of indirect and third-party product categories.
- Experience in sourcing and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of translating stakeholder needs into effective business solutions.
