Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the U.S. supply chain strategy and portfolio.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, analyze spending patterns, and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate with key suppliers to secure savings and enhance value, focusing on indirect spending.
  • Ensure product availability and manage pricing negotiations for third-party products.
  • Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies, establish ordering procedures, and streamline system processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while collaborating with our global headquarters to drive sustainable growth and value.
  • Leverage purchasing power through supplier consolidation while nurturing strong relationships with key vendors.
  • Enhance sourcing processes to maximize operational efficiency.

This role may require up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing of indirect and third-party product categories.
  • Experience in sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of translating stakeholder needs into effective business solutions.
