We are seeking a motivated Bar Back to support our high-energy team in delivering top-notch guest service at one of Chattanooga's most exciting bars.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist bartenders by stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar is always ready for service.
  • Help with bar setup and breakdown, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Refill ice, restock glassware, and ensure all bar stations are fully stocked throughout service.
  • Provide support to bartenders during high-volume shifts, keeping the bar running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive guest experience and uphold the quality standards of The Wiseguy Lounge.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume bar is preferred.
