We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HHS. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in the production of high-quality food that meets food and work safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a highly trained and driven team that produces great quality food
- Manage inventory, ordering, production planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance
- Create creative menus for the facility's cafeteria and catering programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited culinary program preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, resorts, and/or country clubs
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications
