**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a Medical Physicist to join our team at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center. As a key member of our Radiation Oncology Department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing clinical, research, and educational programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced radiotherapy techniques, a strong academic background, and certification in therapeutic medical physics from the American Board of Radiology (ABR). You will work closely with our team of 23 physicists and 16 dosimetrists to ensure the highest level of patient care and contribute to our mission to provide world-class cancer treatment.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, participating in clinical trials, and teaching didactic courses for physician residents. You will also mentor physics residents, dosimetry students, and guide trainees as part of our educational programs.
