We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at The All Star Agency LLC. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome.
  • Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment: Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas, and keep all areas clean to avoid hindering operations.
Requirements:
  • Self-Motivated: Be a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented and organized.
  • Team Player: Work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always efficient and profitable.
  • Restaurant Skills and Standards: Be aware of restaurant/company skills and standards, ensuring these are followed.
  • Guest Responsiveness: Be responsive to any guest's request.
  • Issue Reporting: Inform managers of any complaints/comments/perceived issues.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop and crouch frequently.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
  • Health and Safety: Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
  • Banquet Experience: Must have banquet experience.
  • Attire: Must have required banquet attire - all black with black neck time OR all black with white dress shirt, and black vest.
