Position Summary:
We are in search of a devoted full-time RN/LPN for the evening shift, working Monday through Friday. This position requires participation in the weekend on-call rotation and holiday coverage.

Incentive:
A competitive sign-on bonus is available, offering $5,000 for Registered Nurses and $4,000 for Licensed Practical Nurses, contingent upon a commitment of 64 hours worked per pay period.

Key Responsibilities:
The RN will:
  • Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Evaluate residents and execute suitable interventions.
  • Engage in the care planning process and guarantee consistent execution of care plans.
  • Uphold professional documentation standards.
  • Communicate effectively while managing resident care with respect and dignity.
  • Collaborate with a team to provide high-quality care.
The LPN will:
  • Supervise CNAs and other non-licensed staff.
  • Monitor residents and implement necessary interventions.
  • Assist in formulating and conveying resident care plans.
  • Comply with professional documentation standards.
  • Manage resident care with dignity and respect.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this fulfilling opportunity, candidates must hold a current RN/LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.
