Inventory Management Coordinator

As an Inventory Management Coordinator at Magnum Electronics, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage inventory levels, receive goods, and support shipping operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and be proficient in using software to track stock movements and update inventory records. Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and assist with periodic audits.
- Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, compare shipment contents with purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices, document discrepancies, and resolve any issues with suppliers or vendors.
- Shipping Support: Assist with picking and packing orders as needed, prepare goods for shipment, and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or receiving role preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, and experience with inventory management software are essential.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
