Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Registered Kidney Care Professional to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, coordinating care transitions, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practices and policy development.
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease management and treatment options.

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in applicable state.
• 2+ years of experience in acute dialysis settings.
• Strong understanding of nephrology nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
