We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Trauma Neuro ICU department. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitoring patient condition and communicating with the healthcare team as needed.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs.
- BLS Provider certification required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
