Job Summary

EECU is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our on-premise and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, update, and maintain assigned applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and work with end-users and vendors to identify and implement solutions
  • Create and schedule jobs, ensuring they run successfully as scheduled
  • Provide backup support for the helpdesk team and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with network admins, other IT staff, and business units on systems-related projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience in a Windows Server-based environment
  • Significant experience working in IT and supporting end-users and multiple enterprise applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems, and general client support knowledge
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • College degree, such as computer science or business, preferred
