Are you a safety-conscious individual with a passion for teaching? 160 Driving Academy is seeking a qualified CDL A Instructor to join our team. As a CDL A Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the trucking industry by teaching students the Pre-Trip, Yard Skills, and Road Driving portions of their CDL exam.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach students the necessary skills to pass their CDL exam
  • Emphasize safety and provide coaching to ensure students are ready for success
  • Work with students to help them achieve their career goals
Requirements:
  • A valid Ohio CDL Class A license with 36 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug/alcohol tests
  • Basic computer skills for web navigation
  • Available for 40 hours a week
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students
