Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual with 1-2 years of experience in a supporting role for a fashion house. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Analysis: Assist in weekly reporting updates, providing insights and recommendations for improving strategy and current structure.
  • Product Coordination: Facilitate product requests from retail stores by providing ad-hoc product availability lists, transfers from e-commerce, international transfers, etc.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment, and conduct regular consolidations to maintain optimal inventory levels. Assist in inventory management for both Full Price and Outlet channels.
  • Merchandising Support: Assist in the purchasing and execution strategy for product launches, ensuring adherence to Lanvin's brand standards and seasonal guidelines.
  • New Store Opening / Pop Up: Assist in product assortments and inventory movements for new store openings and seasonal pop-ups.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with corporate partners and store teams to ensure effective implementation of merchandising strategies and address any in-store issues or opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist in build-out of seasonal 360 retail strategy for store teams including buying recap, product highlights and calendar.

Required Skills

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of merchandising and inventory management.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and interaction with customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with retail management systems and inventory software is a plus.
  • A passion for the Lanvin brand and luxury fashion is essential.
