We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at White Lodging. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Deliver outstanding service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Monitor beverage consumption and ensure responsible serving practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or customer service role is a plus.
