About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our multidisciplinary youth ACT program in upstate NY. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, in various settings as per group/client needs and clinician qualifications.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call crisis support and intervention on a weekly rotation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an intensive multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the complex needs of youth and families.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with a valid NYS Professional license.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant clinical experience working with youth and families facing mental health challenges.
  • Strong understanding of provided services, advocacy skills, and knowledge of payment processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
