Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues with our production equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our stamping operations team to improve productivity through the use of improvements in machines, materials, or processes.
  • Install and troubleshoot new equipment as directed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Certifications in Lock-Out, Tag-out, Crane, Forklift, and Ladder and Sling operations preferred.
