- 3-5 years of professional experience in massage therapy, with prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
- Expertise in various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to provide supportive and constructive feedback.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology relevant to massage therapy.
Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
