The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation defense litigation, with a proven track record of success in handling cases throughout Southern California. As a Workers Compensation Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough research to build effective defense strategies
  • Managing and organizing case files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Providing expert legal representation in workers' compensation hearings and trials
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their goals and expectations
  • Analyzing claims to determine the merits of a defense and providing sound legal advice
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Be a member of the California Bar in good standing
  • Hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Have a strong knowledge of California Worker's Compensation law
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation defense litigation
  • Be able to work independently and remotely

  • Base Compensation: $110,000 - $215,000
  • Plus Commission bonuses on top of the base salary
