About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, monitoring CCTV cameras, controlling access to the property, and responding to emergencies and incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients and guests
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to unusual or suspicious activity
  • Control access to the property and ensure that only authorized individuals are granted access
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Previous SOC operations and dispatching experience
  • Availability to work Sunday and Mondays (2d)
  • Must have full availability for a 2-week training program
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Must meet the physical demands of the job, including prolonged standing and walking
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Previous security, law enforcement, military, or related public safety experience
  • Previous security responsibilities for a campus facility
  • Concierge/Ambassador experience
