Job Title

A Roofing Specialist is needed to perform roofing repairs and preventative maintenance on low-slope roofs. This role involves inspecting problem roofs, performing roof repair, and communicating with clients.

About the Job

This position requires a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of various roofing systems, and excellent communication skills. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to clients' buildings, following safety protocols, and working in outdoor weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect problem roofs to identify areas that require repair or maintenance.
  • Perform roof repair and preventative maintenance to ensure roofs remain in good condition.
  • Communicate with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Drive a company vehicle to clients' buildings, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1 year of roofing experience or relevant construction experience.
  • Driver's License required to operate company vehicles.
  • 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to travel when local work is not available.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on average hourly earnings of $20-$24 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, dental, vision care, free life insurance policy, and 401K plan. Additionally, there are three annual bonus opportunities, including a safety bonus of up to $1,500 per year.
